My IT Background 2 Date

I started to learn IT by myself almost 20 years ago. I’m an IT enthusiast but just know only the surface not an expert in one area….

Since then, my friends always considered me as an IT expert. They usually consult with me if they face a problem with their software, hardaware, or want to buy a new computer, how to do this, how to do that and so on…..

I learn about programming language only once, and it’s a BASIC language, and….it’s 20 years ago…..so I think I’ve already forgot it….

I ever create my own webpages using front page and upload to geocities (does any one still remember this website?). Geocities is the pioneer in social network in the internet. Now they already bought by Yahoo!.

About blogging….last time I create my own blog was 1.5 years ago, when I started to do a business through web blog….and it’s quite successfull though… I sold a brainwave entrainment through my web blog. I used my blog as an information source about what kind of brainwave entrainment that I provide. I did the rest of the business manually (the order, packaging, delivery).

I am quite familiar with many software and application, especially Microsoft software….To date, I never use an opensource software like linux….but keen to learn it….
